1. Terms of Service
Welcome to Rich Proxy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rich Proxy platform, network, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms.
1.1. Nature of the Service
4.1. No Liability for Blocking: Rich Proxy provides access to a network of residential proxy servers. These IP addresses are obtained from real devices around the world. Due to the dynamic nature of residential networks (e.g., devices disconnecting, IP changes by ISP), connections may drop, and IP addresses may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
We provide services strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not and cannot guarantee 100% uptime for any specific proxy or IP address during the entire rental period.
1.2. Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Transferring, selling, or renting your account to third parties without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Uses (Zero Tolerance)
Rich Proxy has a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal, malicious, or abusive activities. If you violate any of the following rules, your account will be permanently blocked without prior notice and without any refund.
You may not use Rich Proxy for:
- 2.1. Network Attacks: Conducting Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flooding, or any attempt to disrupt networks or servers.
- 2.2. Vulnerability Scanning and Exploitation: Port scanning, vulnerability research, unauthorized access attempts (hacking), or injecting malicious code.
- 2.3. Data Dumping and Scraping: Illegal dumping of personal databases, credential stuffing, brute-forcing accounts, or scraping sensitive government/financial platforms.
- 2.4. Spam and Phishing: Sending unwanted bulk emails (spam), conducting phishing campaigns, distributing malware, or participating in any form of cyber fraud.
- 2.5. Carding and Financial Fraud: Using stolen credit card data, participating in carding forums, or attempting any fraudulent financial transactions.
- 2.6. Child Exploitation: Accessing, uploading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). (This will result in an immediate report to the relevant authorities).
- 2.7. Bypassing Legal Restrictions: Using the network to bypass law enforcement blocks or participating in any activity considered illegal under applicable international and local laws.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy is extremely strict and is designed to prevent abuse in our residential network.
3.1. Account Top-up (Balance)
ALL TOP-UPS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If you top up your Rich Proxy balance and then change your mind, realize you don't need the service, or make a mistake in the top-up process — that is entirely your responsibility. We do not refund account balances back to your crypto wallet under any circumstances.
3.2. Proxy Rentals and Replacements
As stated in our Terms of Service, residential proxies are real devices. We do not guarantee that a proxy will work perfectly during the entire rental period, nor do we guarantee that it will unlock specific third-party websites.
Cases where a refund is NOT possible:
- Slow Connection: Donor internet limitations are not a malfunction.
- Proxy is "Dirty": If you purchased blindly without using our Risk Score checker or scanner.
- Geolocation Changed: Dynamic routing or IP pool reallocations by the donor's provider.
- "Just Didn't Like It": Subjective reasons or incompatibility with specific software/sites while the proxy is technically functional.
- Mistaken Order / No Longer Needed: Wrong GEO selected, wrong duration, or the task is already completed.
Cases where a refund IS possible (to internal balance only):
- Automatic Refund: The proxy is completely offline/non-working. Can be requested directly via the Refund button in your Purchase History (only 1 attempt per order).
- Manual Refund via Support: The proxy must have been rented for MORE than 7 DAYS and is verified as non-working by our specialists at the time of the check.
Refunds to a crypto wallet are NOT PROVIDED under any circumstances. All approved refunds are processed exclusively to your internal Rich Proxy balance.
4. Responsibility for Third-Party Account Blocking
4.1. No Liability for Blocking: Rich Proxy provides network infrastructure. We do not control how third-party platforms (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, ticketing sites, or betting platforms) enforce their security policies.
We are not responsible for account blocking. If you use our proxies and your target platform blocks or restricts your account, Rich Proxy bears no responsibility. The risk of using proxies for multi-accounting or bypassing restrictions lies entirely with the user.
We do not compensate for "burned" accounts, lost data, or lost profits due to IP blocking. Purchasing residential proxies does not grant immunity from the algorithms of target platforms.
5. Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML Compliance)
Rich Proxy actively follows international standards for anti-money laundering (AML). Our platform must not be used to facilitate illegal movement of funds.
- 5.1. Prohibition of Illegal Funds: We strictly prohibit the use of stolen credit cards, hacked crypto wallets, or any illegal funds to top up your balance.
- 5.2. Transaction Monitoring: If our automated security systems or payment providers flag a transaction as potentially fraudulent, your account will be suspended until the investigation is complete.
- 5.3. KYC Verification: We reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification (e.g., ID or proof of address) if we suspect suspicious payment activity. Rejection of data provision will lead to permanent account deletion and forfeiture of funds.
6. Privacy Policy
Protecting your privacy is a core value of Rich Proxy. This section describes how we collect and use your data.
6.1. Information We Collect
We minimize data collection.
For each user, we only have the following information:

6.2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Rich Proxy service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.
6.3. Law Enforcement Requests
While we value user privacy, we do not protect criminals. If we receive a legally binding subpoena or court order from an authorized international law enforcement agency regarding serious crimes (e.g., terrorism, child exploitation, large cyberattacks), we will cooperate and provide the necessary server logs.
